FG to Recruit 10,000 youths for Pipeline Surveillance - Boro
Spends N48b under Amnesty Programme in 2017

The Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta and Coordinator Amnesty Programme, Brig Gen. Paul Boroh(Rtd) revealed on Monday that over 10,000 youths would be recruited to protect oil installations in the region.

Boroh who said the decision was a fall-out of recent interaction between the Acting President, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo and the Pan Niger-Delta Forum (PANDEF), also disclosed that the Federal Government has expended enormous amount of money under the programme.

45 DELEGATES GRADUATE FROM UNIVERSITIES IN BELARUS, 3 CLINCH FIRST CLASS.
45 student delegates of the Presidential Amnesty Programme graduated from two universities in Belarus with three of them clinching first class honors in Information Technology from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radio Electronics.
While a total of 29 majored in various fields from the Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics, 16 others trained in related areas at Brest State University, Belarus.
