The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) wishes to inform all its delegates receiving monthly stipends and In-Training-Allowance (ITA) that the office has since last Monday 31st July 2023 effected payment of their July 2023 monthly stipends. However, their inability to access the stipends is due to lack of cash backing from the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation.

2. The Presidential Amnesty Programme is not an exception in this regard as the situation affects all other Federal Government agencies. The PAP therefore urges all delegates receiving stipends and ITA to exercise patience with the Federal Government.

3. The July 2023 monthly stipends and ITA will be accessed by them immediately cash backing is effected by the Office of the Accountant-General.
