Caretaker Committee Hands Over to Col. Milland Dixon Dikio (Rtd), Interim Administrator

The Caretaker Committee who took over leadership of the Presidential Amnesty Programme from Prof. Charles Quaker Dokubo in February 2020 has today, 21st September 2020 successfully handed over to the Interim Administrator, Col. Milland Dixon Dikio (Rtd) at the Head Office of the Presidential Amnesty Office Abuja.
