Yes. The new empowerment model mandates the vendor to carry out end-to-end empowerment for you. This means that the Vendor will train you, after completion of your training, you will be employed by the company and paid a befitting monthly salary.
No. First, if you are selected, you will be given an 8-week orientation course to know your key strengths. This will determine the exact trade or vocation you will be trained in, thereafter your trainer will employ you.

This happens from the commencement of the training till the employment of the delegate. The Vendor is mandated to mentor the delegate in life aspects including work ethics, customer service, marketing, personal development, and so on.
