Presidential Amnesty Boss Condoles With NSA Over Brother’s Death

The Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP), Dennis Otuaro, PhD, has commiserated with the National Security Adviser (NSA), Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, on the passing of his brother, Salihu Ahmadu Ribadu.

Otuaro said that the Presidential Amnesty Office received the news of the death of the NSA’s brother with shock and sadness.

The PAP boss in a condolence statement signed by his Special Assistant on Media, Mr Igoniko Oduma, said he was deeply saddened by the demise of Salihu Ahmadu Ribadu which happened on Sunday in Yola, Adamawa State.

He described the passing of the NSA’s brother as painful and irreparable, saying it was a huge loss to the NSA, the entire family and indeed the country.

Otuaro prayed God to give the NSA and the entire family the fortitude to bear the irreplaceable loss.

He said, “We condole with the NSA, Mallam Nuhu Ribadu, on the passing of his brother, Salihu Ahmadu Ribadu, in Yola, Adamawa State on Sunday.

“We received the news of the death of Salihu with shock. We are indeed deeply saddened by the loss suffered by the NSA, the families and indeed the country.

“The loss of a family member comes with grief, and is usually painful and heartbreaking.

“This death is a huge loss to the NSA, the Ribadu family and indeed the entire country.

“We pray that God will give the NSA and the families the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.

“We also pray that God will grant the soul of Salihu eternal repose in His bosom.”
