Dear PAP Stipends Beneficiaries,
Since assuming duty as the Chief Executive of the Presidential Amnesty programme (PAP), the Interim Administrator has made it a cardinal priority to ensure prompt payment of monthly stipends to all PAP stipends beneficiaries. As such, stipends have always been paid on or before the 26th of every month.
However, due to current delay in receipt of the PAP’s monthly allocation for the month of May 2023, the office has been unable to meet this critical obligation as expected. I am therefore directed to appeal to all affected beneficiaries to remain patient while we await receipt of the anticipated funds. The PAP regrets this delay and inconvenience it has caused and wishes to assure all beneficiaries of immediate payment once the funds are received.
