UNAUTHORISED TRANSFER

It has been brought to the attention of the Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) office that some PAP-sponsored students have transferred to another course or university without the written approval from the office.

Please note that in line with the long-standing Formal Education policy of the office, any sponsored student who is found to have transferred to another course or university without approval from the office are liable to lose their scholarship.

You are hereby notified for strict compliance going forward.
