What entitlements are due to delegates who are undergoing training?
Each delegate is entitled to payment of In-Training Allowance and One-Off Transport Allowance.
What kind of vocational trainings are carried out under the Presidential Amnesty Programme?
Trainings are organized for beneficiaries of the Presidential Amnesty Programme in Agro-business, Aviation, Building Construction, ICT, Carpentry, Woodwork and Furniture Making, Electrical Installation, Cosmetology, Oil & Gas, Renewable energy, Welding & Fabrication, Automobile Technology, Maritime, Catering & Hospitality, Fashion Design, Power & Energy, etc.
Can I choose a location for my training?
Choice of location is based on profiling of delegates.
Where can trainings be carried out for PAP delegates?
Vocational trainings can be carried out within the Niger Delta and a few exceptions for specialized trainings such as Aviation and Maritime-related programmes.
Can a delegate be trained more than once?
No, delegates undergo vocational training only once.
What is expected after completion of vocational training?
After training, delegates are to be empowered in order to earn a living to sustain themselves, their families and contribute to the economy of the region.
I am a beneficiary, but I have never been called for training, when will I be trained?
