Today, the management of Benson Idahosa University (BIU), Edo State, honoured the Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Dr Dennis Brutu Otuaro, with an Award of Excellence in recognition of his “outstanding leadership, exemplary service, unwavering commitment and remarkable contributions to the growth and development of the Niger Delta.”
The VC, represented by the Deputy Registrar & Head of Educational Services Unit/Admissions, Ekhator Osahenrumwen Kingsley, presented the award to Dr Otuaro during a courtesy visit to him at the PAP headquarters in Abuja.
He was accompanied by the Senior Assistant Registrar, Ikhuiwurefe Pretty, and Assistant Registrar, Esimaje Adaobi, both of the BIU Abuja Liaison Office.
After the award presentation, the vice-chancellor’s representative and Dr Otuaro discussed issues of mutual interest between BIU and the PAP.
Dr Otuaro dedicated the award to the management and staff members of the PAP.
